We are THRILLED, because we have decades of experience and decades of knowledge to offer you. Each property and seller have different situations, different markets, different needs and a seasoned Realtor is the right person to help you learn all that's needed to know to achieve your top goals. Before you do ANYTHING to prepare for a sale, the first task is finding the right Realtor to review what your options are and what the best strategy is to achieve your goals. So how do you find the right Realtor? I've been selling and teaching real estate for a few decades now (licensed in 2002) and the industry teaches agents that their family and friends are their number one lead source. Many buyers and sellers go straight to a family member or friend, without researching their successes or activity in their local market. For this reason, we see a flooded industry with seemingly every family having a Realtor in the family. Seeing it all, I advocate to anyone about any topic that 'Trust is Earned' and never to be given. This should be over-emphasized and an implemented sentiment in real estate, being that it is usually one of the biggest investments in one's life and often leads to bigger and better investments down the road.

This, of course leads me to introduce myself and Fosters Realty. I am Deborah Puleo, a licensed real estate broker, a licensed real estate instructor, a mom, wife, Guardian Ad Litem, Educational Surrogate to foster children, and a Palm Beach County native. I'm obsessed with giving back to the community and my expertise is something I love to share, whether it's advise or to get busy achieving for you. Currently, our brokerage is a petite brokerage with a mere dozen Realtors and it's with good reason. In order to be a part of the Fosters Realty team, a Realtor must have proven experience, must be like minded in giving back to the community, and must maintain the highest ethical and moral standards in the industry. We are small, but mighty. We each have our own special stories of how we found our way to becoming a Realtor, but the goodness and genuine care is equal across the board.
